Medical radiographies purchase

€2.00 kg
Instructions for the selling »

What sort of radio do we buy?

We buy your old medical X-ray films (issued before the year 2000) at the rate indicated above.
Newer X-rays, especially digital ones, contain less silver chloride and are therefore purchased at half price.

Important note: If more than half of your batch consists of recent or digital X-rays, the buyback price per kilo will be adjusted upon delivery and calculated according to the overall quality of the batch.

The X-rays must be dry and delivered without sheets, envelopes or paper.

What is a medical radiography?

A hospital X-ray is a medical imaging test commonly used to diagnose many conditions. Performed with X-rays, a medical radiograph allows visualization of bones, joints and certain organs, helping doctors make a quick and accurate diagnosis.

In hospitals, X-rays are prescribed to detect fractures, monitor disease progression or check treatment effectiveness. They are part of basic radiological exams, often complemented by other imaging techniques such as CT scans or MRI.

Unlike modern digital X-rays, old film radiographs were printed on film. Today, hospitals prefer digital imaging for faster and more secure storage and sharing of results.

In summary, a hospital X-ray is a fast, painless and essential exam in modern medicine, used daily in hospitals to ensure high-quality patient care.
